According to the product specialist

Pros
This groupset was specifically developed for off-road use.
The chain always stays tight because of the narrow-wide designed chainring and the rear derailleur with clutch.
The shifters and calipers are specifically designed for off-road use.
Reliable groupset with a similar level of performance to the Shimano Ultegra R8020 groupset.
Fast shifting and powerful braking.
The front derailleur has a cable tensioner for easy installation.
The crankset is wide and therefore extra stiff to optimise your power transmission.
The rear derailleur with Shadow technology prevents external impacts, due to its clever alignment under the cassette.
The wide range of this 12 speed groupset is well suited to all surfaces and environments.
No more chain slap thanks to to the innovative Fluid Clutch.
You can customise this groupset to your preference.
The groupset has many of the properties of the pricier Red AXS.
You can switch the parts of the groupset with SRAM Red and SRAM Eagle AXS parts.
Cons
Due to the 1x11 drive system, the gears are more staggered than with a 2x11 drive system.
This Shimano 105 group is a bit heavier than a Shimano Ultegra groupset.
Cheaper materials make this groupset heavier than the Red AXS groupset.
You need a special XDR body on your wheel to mount this cassette.
