According to the product specialist
Pros
Come in multiple versions, so every rider can choose their favourite amount of float.
Clipping in and out of your pedal is easier and more comfortable with new cleats.
Each colour has its own degree of float: Red: 0 degrees, Blue: 2 degrees, Yellow: 6 degrees.
Yellow is for anyone starting out in cycling or not 100% sure of their cycling position.
Blue and Red can be used by cyclists who have done a bikefit, and these cleats can be used competitively.
The silicone grip strips under the cleats mean you're less likely to slip.
Available in three versions, each with their own disengagement angle.
Cons
As cleats are prone to wear, they'll need to be replaced every now and then.
Please note: These cleats can't be used as a replacement for 2-bolt Shimano SPD mountain bike cleats.
The grips aren't designed to last for miles.
