According to the product specialist

Pros
Adjustable heel system so you can adjust it perfectly.
A fully replaceable closure.
Extremely high power transfer thanks to the carbon MTB SRS Carbon-Ground sole.
The Firmor side support provides optimal foot stability while cycling.
Replaceable parts extend the life of the shoe.
Double twist closure for quick adjustments.
The wraparound upper creates a better fit with less play between shoes and feet.
The two BOA Li2 latches allow for an optimal fit.
The upper offers a good combination of flexibility, stiffness, breathability and an optimal fit.
Thanks to the full carbon midsole, the power transfer to the pedals is optimal.
The ULTREAD rubber outsole guarantees ultimate grip.
This is one of the warmest shoes we have in our range.
Completely waterproof and windproof for optimal protection.
Koala Gore-Tex membrane for maximum insulation with good breathability.
The sole is injected with carbon for sufficient stiffness.
The insole consists of four different layers to retain as much heat as possible.
Cons
The optional studs are not included but can be purchased separately.
Because the shoe has high breathability, it may fall short in extremely wet conditions.
The extremely stiff midsole is less suitable for quiet and recreational rides.
When you ride with temperatures above freezing, the shoes quickly become too hot.
If you put your cycling tights in the shoe cuff, there is a chance that water will run into your shoe.
