According to the product specialist

Pros
This saddle is lightweight!
The carbon shell extends the life of this saddle.
The cut-out relieves pressure on the soft tissue areas.
The short base enables you to move this saddle further forward.
This saddle is excellent value for money.
Large cut-out alleviates pressure in the sof tissue areas.
The steel rails filter out vibrations well.
The Active elastomers allow you to adjust the degree of cushioning to your liking!
The Ergowave technology makes this saddle very comfortable.
The compact nose gives your legs ample room to move.
The harder padding ensures a more direct power transfer.
Cons
The fit is quite specific and not suited for less agile cyclists.
As this is a hard saddle, it will take frequent and long rides to get used to it. It offers the best support for longer rides. If you cycle less than three times a week, you need a softer saddle that offers more comfort.
The nylon shell is less stiff and more likely to cause sore spots than a carbon shell.
As you sit directly on your seat bones, it may take a couple of rides to get used to this saddle.
