According to the product specialist

Pros
The reflective details improve your visibility.
Suitable for fastening systems like Racktime, i-Rack or Carrymore because of the Basil Universal Bridge System.
The adjustable click closures enable you to adapt the panniers to the amount of luggage you want to take.
With the foldable sides, the panniers can be made smaller when empty.
The panniers are made of water repellent material so that a rain shower is no problem.
The water- and dirt-resistant properties of the bags ensure that the contents remain well protected in all weather conditions.
The bisonyl material makes the panniers exceptionally strong and suitable for frequent use.
The removable bottom plate provides additional support and makes cleaning the bags easier.
Thanks to the reflective details, the panniers are clearly visible in the dark, increasing the cyclist's safety.
These panniers come in various sizes.
The panniers are easy to open and close thanks to the buckle closure at the flap.
These pannier bags are water repellent, so you won't have to worry about wet cargo.
The design includes a cutout for a children's bike seat, carrier straps and a LED bike light.
Your shoes won't touch these bags as you cycle, because of the panniers' rounded sides.
With its large capacity of up to 32 litres, the Basil City is the ideal double pannier for everyday use.
Fitted with reflective elements on all sides for extra visibility in traffic.
The water-repellent material and the folding fastener with Velcro make this double pannier easy to use.
Cons
Doesn't have compartments.
Due to the bags' large volume without partitioning, smaller luggage may slide around; however, this design does offer plenty of space for larger items.
There are no dividers inside the panniers.
Only the black set is optionally available with the MIK system. Do you want the set in a different colour but with MIK? Then you need a separate adapter plate.
