Cons
The rim is fairly narrow, meaning the tyre doesn't sit as flush on the rim which reduces aerodynamic efficiency.
There are no wheel bags included with the Scope S5 wheels.
There is not much choice in brake pads. For the best braking performance and long life of the rims you should use Scope brake pads.
The carbon rim brake structure makes this wheel less suitable for long mountain descents with the risk of blowouts or rim deformation.
The larger distance between the individual spokes makes it harder to true the wheel.
