According to the product specialist

Pros
-
The 40 mm rim height makes the Wind 40 DB wheels very versatile; high enough for aerodynamic advantage, but low enough for use on windy roads.
It is possible to fit tires from 23 mm to 42 mm. This ensures that the Wind 40 DB wheels can be used in both your racing bike and gravel bike.
Thanks to the Fulcrum 2-WayFit technology, it is possible to mount both clincher and tubeless tires.
The sealed bearings in these wheels run smoothly and at the same time are well sealed against water and dirt.
Because of the incredibly beautiful appearance of these wheels you risk getting stared at.
One of the highest quality wheelsets available.
Cup cone bearings prevent friction in the hub and last much longer with light maintenance than industrial bearings.
Lightweight, aerodynamic and good braking performance with disc brakes.
Cons
-
The Wind 40 DB wheels give you less aerodynamic advantage than the higher Fulcrum Wind 55 DB wheels.
Only available with AFS Centerlock brake disc attachment. If you are driving with 6-hole brake discs, you will need to purchase new brake discs.
The wheelset has a rather basic look next to the large Dura Ace stickers.
