The best material composition to prevent brake discs from deforming or grinding.
Compared to the previous generation of Shimano brake discs, this disc heats up to 140 degrees less.
Better retention of braking power in longer descents and improved metering.

The heat dissipation of this brake disc is very good by Shimano's Ice-Technology Freeza.
Due to the harder material, this brake disc can also be used with Semi-Metallic and metallic brake pads.
This brake disc is made of light materials and therefore has a low weight.
You can choose different sizes of locking rings with this brake disc, so you don't have to buy extra lock rings with a 15 mm through-axle.
