According to the product specialist

Pros
Unmatched shifting performance in terms of shifting speed and shifting under load.
Powerful braking with good modulation; the brakes do not engage too abruptly.
This group is semi-wireless, so there are no cables between the shifters and the front derailleur; easy to install and reduced chance of cables breaking.
Easy brake bleeding: no need to unscrew the brake caliper from the frame.
The derailleurs need only be adjusted once and that's it for the rest of your road bike's life.
Great shifting performance: quick and smooth shifting even when you're standing on the pedals.
Amazing modulated braking power without abrupt clamping of the brakes.
Semi-wireless: there's only a cable connection between the battery, front and rear derailleur. This makes for easier mounting and a low chance of cable breakages.
You can bleed the brakes without unscrewing the caliper from the frame. Pretty convenient!
The derailleurs only need to be finetuned once thanks to Di2 electronic shifting. After that, you'll be ready for the rest of your road bike's life.
Cons
Dura-Ace is not for everyone; compared to Ultegra, the price is much higher.
Ultegra R8100 Di2 Disc is not the most lightweight groupset, and is heavier than Shimano Dura Ace R9200 Di2 Disc.
