The PowerBar ProteinPlus Bar Caramel Vanilla is ideal after an intensive workout on the bike or after strength training. These energy bars contain 30% high-quality milk protein, vitamin B6 and magnesium, as well as additional glutamine. The PowerBar ProteinPlus Bar Caramel Vanilla protein bar is full of proteins which support recovery and muscle build-up.

Recommended usage:
Ingest one PowerBar ProteinPlus Bar within half an hour after your workout for the best recovery result.

Recommended use: Eat after exercise. For the best recovery, consume 1 PowerBar ProteinPlus Bar within 30 minutes of exercise. It is recommended to consume a maximum of 1 to 3 bars per day. Laxative effects may occur with excessive consumption.
