These energy bars contain 30% high-quality milk protein, vitamin B6 and magnesium, as well as additional glutamine. Ingest one PowerBar ProteinPlus Bar within half an hour after your workout for the best recovery result.

Recommended use: Eat after exercise. For the best recovery, consume 1 PowerBar ProteinPlus Bar within 30 minutes of exercise. It is recommended to consume a maximum of 1 to 3 bars per day. Laxative effects may occur with excessive consumption.
