The Time Xpresso 7 Carbon Road Bike Pedals are very suitable pedals for both the performance-oriented cyclist and the recreational cyclist These pedals are very light, stiff and offer space for a natural pedaling movement. This makes them very suitable for cyclists with sensitive knees!
Bioposition and adjustment options
Time pedals use the Bioposition principle. This principle means that the natural movement during cycling is supported as well as possible. During the pedaling movement, the position of your foot and your joints changes continuously. This change is optimally supported in these pedals, so that the pressure on the joints is reduced.
The Bioposition principle also includes extensive adjustment options. This means that you can put the support of the pedal directly under your pressure point, which in particular reduces the pressure on your knees even further.
Low weight, high stiffness
These pedals have a carbon pedal body and a hollow steel shaft. The weight is therefore very low, while they are still extra stiff. The pedal body has also been lowered, so that the power transfer is even further improved.
Easy click
Thanks to the Time iClic system, you can easily click into this pedal. The pedal is open and closes automatically when you put your foot on it. The tension on the carbon spring can be set in 3 positions, so you can choose how easily you want to click out.

I have a problem with the wedge screws, not because of the quality but because they are too short for my shoes (old Carnac). From memory Time used to deliver two lengths of screws, but unfortunately that was some time ago.
