does what it needs to do but could do better
You would expect the bearings to run smoothly when they are new but this is fairly disappointing, not installed holding the wheel and giving it a spin it barely spins a few rotations. When riding you don't notice this at all , but for comparison I could also ride with the replaced broken bearings ( ground ball bearings).
