This SRAM Force eTap AXS shifter and hydraulic brake caliper combo features the latest electronic shifting technology. With this set you can make your eTap drivetrain disc brake compatible.
Future-proof shifting with wireless eTap technology
SRAM's eTap technology signals the end of gear cabling to your derailleur(s). The wireless shifters make your bike more aerodynamic and you don't need to have untidy cabling everywhere. An advantage of the Force eTap AXS is that it's 12 speed compatible. This makes it possible to install a wide range 12 speed cassette, perfect for mountain climbs.
Outstanding hydraulic braking performance
This SRAM Force eTap AXS shifter-brake system features hydraulic disc brake calipers. This makes braking not only easier, because you don't have to pull the levers as far, but also provides optimal braking in bad weather conditions. Hydraulic calipers work with oil pressure, and as a result pulling the brake lever has a more immediate effect on the brake caliper than with mechanical brakes which use a brake cable. This makes braking more responsive and easier to modulate.
Completely customisable
The SRAM Force AXS 12-speed groupset is completely customisable using the SRAM AXS app. You can, for example, choose between synchronised or traditional shifting. You can also choose which buttons operate different functions and pair other devices with the system, like a dropper post or a navigation system. Using the SRAM Contact Point Adjustment system you can set how far the brake pads are from the discs, which determines how soon the brakes engage. The shifters can also be set up for your optimum positioning on the bike, SRAM's Reach Adjust technology, which allows you to determine how near to the bars you shifter and brake levers are.

I purchased these as an upgrade for my training bike. If I didn’t have Red on my race bike, I would have been completely blown away. If you’ve never tried electronic shifting, then you need to give it a go. Having had bikes with Di2, I can now say that AXS is more user friendly and easier to live with on a daily basis and in terms of maintenance. As for Mantel, I cannot praise their customer service highly enough.

Awesome value
