The Sidi Dragon 5 SRS are high-quality MTB shoes for men that go to the limit on challenging mountain bike rides. This cycling shoe has multiple adjustment options and has been given an optimal finish. The sole is reinforced with carbon, making it not only comfortable, but also very stiff. Thanks to outstanding details, this MTB shoe offers optimal grip and safety while mountain biking.
Comfortable and perfectly adjustable fit
The Sidi Dragon 5 SRS features the Soft Instep 4 closure system. This is a wide, anatomically curved strap that distributes pressure evenly across the instep. The Soft Instep 4 closure system is adjustable on both sides. On one side, you adjust the fit using a Tecno-3 Push twist closure. In total, there are two Tecno-3 Push systems on this MTB shoe. Together, they guarantee a comfortable and perfectly adjustable fit. While cycling, you can also easily use the Tecno-3 Push twist closures, should you want to adjust the fit slightly. There is also a secure Velcro fastening at the front.
Carbon composite sole
The MTB SRS Carbon Composite sole has been added to the Sidi Dragon 5 SRS. This means that the sole is reinforced with carbon. As a result, you not only experience comfort, but also good stiffness. Excellent power transfer on the pedals is the result. Furthermore, the MTB SRS Carbon Composite sole consists of four inserts, which ensure a good grip when pushing or carrying the mountain bike. These inserts are attached with screws and can be easily removed and replaced if necessary, increasing the life of these MTB shoes. Finally, you can add toe spikes to this sole.
Strengthened cup at the heel
The Sidi Dragon 5 SRS is equipped with the so-called 'Sidi Heel Cup'. This is a reinforced cup that stabilises and supports the heel. The anatomically shaped plastic keeps the heel firmly in place and it contributes to better power transfer. In addition, the cup provides extra protection for your feet in the event of a fall.
Rubber toe
At the toe, this MTB shoe is lined with rubber. This makes the Sidi Dragon 5 SRS more resistant to the impacts of stones or other types of debris. This benefits the durability of these cycling shoes.

Detailed explanation of sizing in mm
In order to help you, as best we can, to choose the right size shoe we have measured all the shoes ourselves. All that's left for you to do is measure your own foot length, and we'll tell you which shoe size per brand suits you best. Does your foot length in mm not appear on the relevant product's page? Then that particular shoe is not available in a size that suits your foot length.
You can easily measure your foot length using an A4 sheet of paper, placed on the floor against a wall. Stand with one foot on the piece of paper, with your heel against the wall. Draw a line above your big toe (or above the index toe if that is longer). Now mark your other foot on the paper in the same way. Measure both - the measurement of your longest foot is your foot length in mm's! Please note: some manufacturers have their own measuring system, and as a result what appears on the shoebox can deviate from what we have measured.
What shoe size you need can differ per brand. This is because certain brands wear larger or smaller. To help you get the perfect fit, we've also classified the shoes as narrow, average, or wide fit. Read all about it in our blog!
