Coat Service as always top, very fast delivery. Alize 53T silver: Specialites TA Top quality, no question. Unfortunately, the surface of my chainring is not perfect (1 point deduction), see pictures. However, this is hardly noticeable from a distance of 1 metre.

the product meets my expectations

Wanted centre blade to replace my 105 triple 9 speed. Excellent help over the phone and we ended up with the replacement TA Specialized Alice. However, after ordering there were 2 sprockets on the order form namely 1 triple with the price and 1 double without price (and a different picture). The customer service representative assured me that I would get the correct item. A day later, the article arrived. However, on unpacking, it seemed to be the sprocket for a double. Contact with customer service checked for item number which was correct. He could not provide an explanation for the receipt or image. If the blade did turn out to be wrong I was allowed to return it even after assembly. Fortunately, it fit, I was helped well and I can cycle again.
