good tyre

- Hans, 20 October, 2025

fine tyre, but do use suitable latex to make the tyre flat-free if you ride tubeless. i couldn't get it closed with schwalbe latex, but I did with orange seal.

Pros & Cons

easy to fit on rim
good grip
good latex required to make tubeless leak-free

Prima aankoop.

Soepel om op de velg te doen. Inmiddels 150km mee gefietst en voldoet volledig aan mijn verwachtingen. Zeer goed voor op de verharde ondergrond.

Super fijn om mee te rijden

Great fast tyres for light gravel work

- Peter-Bas, 2 September, 2025

After a painstaking fitting session (letting the tyre warm up in the sun and fitting it with the help of a little soapy water does work), I managed to fit the tyre tubeless on my DT Swiss gravel rims. The tyres give enough comfort and grip without compromising greatly on speed on asphalt. If you are going to do heavy gravel trails or muddy paths, this might not be the tyre for you.

Pros & Cons

For asphalt and light gravel work
Great grip in corners
Tubeless ready
Difficult mounting

Quick tyre for hard surfaces.

- Daan, 9 February, 2025

Fine tyre I use the gavel bike for endurance training in winter and the this tyre gives a lot of confidence on hard surfaces. 80% asphalt 20!% unpaved. Average speed +- 3 km/h higher with the same power as the G-one bite, which came standard with my Canyon. Biggest disadvantage is that it is difficult to tubeless loses a lot of air the first few weeks. Ended up putting the wheels flat on a bucket twice a day for a week to allow the latex to soak into the sidewalls. Now the tyres deflate at an acceptable rate.

Pros & Cons

Cornering traction
Fast on asphalt
Quiet
Difficult to make tubeless
Little traction on wet surfaces
