I have been taking these bars (Original) with me on the road for emergencies for years. These bars give a lot of energy and do so quickly. Good enough to just about get you by when hunger pangs start. They are not always easy to open on the bike and are indeed quite sticky (in the good old days triathletes would stick these bars directly to the top tube of the frame and peel them off the bike while cycling). Despite these minor drawbacks, absolutely the best bar if you need energy.
