I am pleasantly surprised at how much my pedalling has improved with Keo Blade carbon ceramic compared to the old, but not much, Shimano Ultegra r 8000.With the grey 4" cleats I have a stable and powerful pedal stroke with a bit of freedom for the knee. You can also move the shoe closer to the crank,better fsttore q,than the r 8000.

The pedals are weighted well, easy to clip in and out with great tension. Very smooth ceramic bearings and good contact area means the power transfer is spot on
