Do not buy.
The quality of this item wasn't as I thought. I was happy to find it, and repalce my bicycle with this item ,but they have made the product very frail, and the plastic broke immediately. I felt like returning it, since I am low on money as well, but I thought not to: I can't bother finding a package to return the item. It made me feel very sad, and I think the item will last perhaps 6 to 12 months, until I need to figure how to buy a new one, or try to fix the plastic (which I dont think I can do!).
