Mantel Gift Card

I ordered a gift voucher for our grandson and he was very happy with it

Nice gift to give. Only downside is that the value is not mentioned on the gift card. Understand this from Mantel's point of view as they only need to have 1 gift card made but as a customer you have to believe that the value is correct with the amount you bought. After all, you are giving it as a gift to someone and are not going to spend the gift card yourself. I, as a buyer would have liked the €100 to have been printed on the gift card. Is still a decent amount you spend.

Fantastic gift! Gift given to our son-in-law for his birthday. He is a fanatical bike rider and has had good experiences buying accessories from Mantel, both online and in a physical shop. We gave him a gift voucher so he could make his own choice. Good service from Mantel: ordered one day and delivered the next day, as agreed. We have since given the voucher and our son-in-law is very happy with it.

Gift cards were easy to order. I had friendly and helpful telephone contact with customer service. I had them delivered to my home the very next day. The gift cards were neatly wrapped/packaged. The birthday boy or girl was happy with them.

The 1st time I bought a gift card for my son at Christmas at my daughter's request. Apparently, he buys material regularly and is super satisfied with it. I hereby judge the service of ordering which I found super. Decide yourself when the product will be delivered to your home. Very clear site and yes the timing I suggested was perfect. What a luxury not to have to wait at home for someone to knock on the door. At least this way you can plan something. I will order another gift card soon

The design of the package, the design of the gift card itself are superb! Very lovely gift. However, sending a gift card in a non-letter box package is ridiculous, i think! I got a small gift card in a box 10x times it's size. Makes the delivery harder than it should be, as I had to chase PostNL.
