Only option for pumping a dense wheel, but not very good
Some air gets past the valve, so inflation is still not fantastic. Eventually did get 8 bar. Unfortunately the only option at mantle.

How happy can a simple pump head make you?
The answer: very happy. My dense rear wheel / tt-disc does not have a large opening for the valve so many pump heads do not fit and you can really only work with a mini pump or a classic pump head like this AirPipe. The disadvantage of many classic pump heads is that they just do / just don't fit over the (French) valve, so you put a lot of pressure on the valve which can damage your tyre. After trying many (brass) pump heads as a last resort, I bought the AirPipe and it fits fantastically over the valves. Inflating is also perfect so I finally have a solution where I don't have to worry about damaging the inner tube.
