With these cleats you are firmly fastened. This means that more energy benefits cycling.
This cleat also allows for entry from above; simply stomp down on the pedal!
Walking qualities have improved because with the new shape the cleat makes less contact with the ground.
Compatible with all SPD pedals.
Cons
You can't click out really easily. If you are not very experienced, it may cause you to fall over.
Clipping out has not become easier; for easy exit, consider Shimano's SM-SH56 cleats.
