Pro User Amber II Bike Carrier

The Pro User Amber II is a solid and reliable bike carrier. It is easy to mount to the towbar with Pro User's quick connector. And even after mounting you have access to the boot thanks to the very handy tilting mechanism!

The bikes stand in wide, stable holders on the bike carrier and are secured with flexible frame holders. So, you can be sure that they remain firmly in place whilst being transported.

The Amber II bike carrier has a rear fog light and reversing light, which work via a 13-pin plug. The maximum load capacity is 50 kg. Please note that this may not be enough for transporting 2 electric bikes.

Is this bike carrier suitable for carbon frames?
This bike carrier has no extra protection for carbon frames. You can use the carrier with carbon frames, but make sure you do not overtighten the knobs so that your carbon frame will not be damaged.

Is this bike carrier suitable for E-bikes, including E-MTB?
No, this bike carrier is not suitable for electric bikes. The bike carrier has a max. weight of 25kg per bike, and often E-bikes are slightly heavier.

Is this bike carrier suitable for mountain bikes with fat tyres?
The maximum tyre width of this bike carrier is 60 mm. As most mountain bike tyres are 54 mm, this bike carrier is suitable for most mountain bikes. Some mountain bikes have even wider tyres, which do not fit this bike carrier. So please check the tyre width before ordering.

What is the maximum weight per bicycle?
The maximum weight per bike is 25 kg.

What is the maximum load capacity of the bike carrier?
A maximum of two bikes can be attached to this bike carrier, therefore the total load capacity of the bike carrier is 50 kg.
