Thanks to the Exalith braking surface, the wheels are also suitable to use in the mountains. This oxidised braking surface is more heat resistant than a standard aluminium rim. The included Yksion Pro GripLink front and PowerLink rear tyre are specifically developed for the front wheel and rear wheel.

Great wheels, great braking and look great!
Great all round wheels. I had the previous model of these... which had a deeper rim section. They were fast wheels but not great in cross winds. These have a shallower section and more rounded profile which makes them much more versatile. The braking is excellent... you get some noise for the first couple 100kms but then its fine. Just do your first few spins climbing so you have long decents to bed the pads in. Highly recommend these wheels. Also Mantel were the best price online I could find and the service was excellent. Delivered within days to Ireland.
