Fits true to size. My hand is about 23 centimeters around, just below the fingers, and a size XL is snug but a perfect fit. The gloves are very comfortable. My hand numbness seemed to be slightly reduced wearing these. The Velcro strap on the wrist is a little tight but the gloves are ok wearing this unfastened

This is my second pair of gripgrab gloves. The previous ones I had really worn off. What wonderful gloves these are again. Really highly recommended.
