The description "Extra Chunky" describes the size of the grips, and means these grips are very suitable for mountain bikers with large hands. In addition, the ESIgrips Ribbed Extra Chunky grips weigh only 80 grams due to the use of lightweight silicone.

Super fine MTB grips!

Ideal MTB grips for people with large hands. I also think the ridges are a nice addition for extra grip especially in wet conditions.
