The Elite Qubo Fluid is a hometrainer with resistance unit based on fluid-technologie and its famous Qubo frame. It is the most quite, powerful and simple trainer around. Its large flywheel is submerged in oil and ensures a very high resistance possibility, even at low speeds.
My E-training App:
This App for tablet or phone contains basic workouts on wattage, time and heart rate (depending on used accessories). Additionally, you can perform various tests and you can ride tracks in Google Maps. The app works with Bluetooth Smart trainers and ANT+ trainers from Elite. To use ANT+ trainers you do need the Elite or Wahoo ANT+ dongle.

Best trainer in 10 years

After 10 years of using various indoor trainer's , the Elite Qubo power fluid is outstanding, solid, smooth and the quitest ever, with the best road resistance like feel, I highly recommend.
