The Cube Road Race road bike helmet provides good protection for novice and recreational cyclists. Because it weighs only 240 grams you hardly feel that you are wearing it. In case of a fall, the impact is well absorbed thanks to the double in-mold construction, greatly reducing the chance of getting a concussion. Additional protection in the form of MIPS, SPIN or Wavecel has not been added. This bike helmet has 24 large vents to let a cooling airflow in and, therefore, to prevent your head overheating.
The SILC 180 Fit system allows you to create a perfect fit. This system includes height and width adjustment and is easy to operate with one hand. The padding in this bike helmet can be removed and washed, so if it gets smelly from your ride you can easily clean it for lasting freshness. The reflective decals on the Cube Road Race helmet make you more visible in dark conditions.

Fine but a ratchet closure is a must in my opinion

At the back, two additional black foam draft strips stuck into the helmet. This makes plastic inserts no longer annoying.
