Just by seeing the tread you understand that these tyres are suitable for winter. The many small slats in the main tread, as well as the hundreds of grip knobs on the side ensure this tyre has extra grip in winter wet conditions. The grip increases by as much as 30% to 50% compared to standard tyres. The rubber compound of the tread is perfect for very low temperatures.
