Deluge Light 2.5-layer waterproof fabric
The Castelli Emergency 2 W jacket is made with Deluge Light 2.5-layer waterproof fabric, a material that provides excellent protection against rain with a 10,000 mm waterproofing rating. It also provides good protection against cold winds. Breathability is not excellent but there is a mesh ventilation opening at the upper back with a small integrated storage pocket.

Good fit and neutral look
This rain jacket for women has a small amount of stretch for an excellent fit in the cycling position. The style and appearance of the Emergency 2 is discreet rather than pronounced, which makes it suitable for your commute as well.
