The Campagnolo Shamal Ultra Disc Brake 2-Way Fit road bike wheels are the tubeless version of the 'classic' and popular Shamal Ultra road bike wheels. With these 2-Way Fit wheels you can ride tubeless with tubeless tyres and latex. In case of a puncture, the latex seals the hole within seconds so you don't have to stop. Changing an inner tube on the road is a thing of the past. Because the Shamal Ultra Disc Brake wheels are equipped with 17mm wide rims, rolling resistance, grip and road holding are positively influenced and comfort is greatly increased in combination with wider tyres. Despite this adjustment, the weight of the Campagnolo Shamal Ultra Disc Brake 2-Way Fit wheels remains below 1600 grams! This is very light for a disc brake wheelset.

Campagnolo has equipped the Shamal Ultra Disc Brake 2-Way Fit wheels with strong and aerodynamic double-butted aluminium spokes. These are mounted in the rim with self-locking nipples. This allows the spokes to maintain their optimal tension for a very long time without requiring tightening. The hub of the Shamal Ultra is made of carbon, which keeps the weight to a minimum, but increases the lateral stiffness enormously. The oversized flange of the hub also contributes to this stiffness. The ceramic Campagnolo USB cup cone hubs run very smoothly and are of high quality. All Shamal Ultra wheels are assembled by hand, which together with all specifications makes for a fantastic all-round wheel set.
