I'm delighted with this purchase and would recommend it to any owner of a small dog who rides a bike.
This basket is very practical. The dog adopted it immediately. Even with the harness included, the dog may try to jump out of the basket. This protection in no way hinders the dog and above all reassures the owner. Here we've chosen to place it on the bike's luggage rack. With the MIK system, it's serious business and holds up well.

Ideal for our little French bulldog.
Ideal for my French bulldog, which is a bit heavier than an average small dog anyway. The basket sits on the back of the bike and the dog has a simple harness, but gives just that extra reassurance. Occasionally, my dog does stand up. You notice this soon enough, but does not hinder, while cycling. Because the seat is attached to the back of the bike, it is much less cosy, but safer. And the dog can enjoy going everywhere.
