The Tacx Flow Smart T2240 is a useful indoor smart trainer for the avid cyclist. Even when the weather is bad or it gets dark early, you can still train for an hour or so and stay in shape. With the Tacx Flow Smart, you can do this in a realistic and interactive way.
Connect and ride with the rest of the world
The Flow Smart turbo trainer connects you with your favourite cycling software. This way, you can ride with friends online, race virtually in Zwift or upload your activities to Strava. This makes indoor training a lot more interactive and fun. Because the trainer automatically adjusts its resistance when you, for example, are cycling up a hill in your favourite cycling software, you'll train in a realistic way.
