Do I need tools?
• In order to length the chain you need a chain rivet tool. You can find these here.• To close the powerlock you will need Missing Link pliers. These can be found here.
• A chain checker will tell you when your chain is worn out so you can replace it in time. These checkers can be found here.

High-quality chain.
Very satisfied with this chain and Red casette. The chain seems to stretch a lot less than the Force variant after more than 2,000 km and makes much less noise. Works well with Squirt Lube wax. Whether it is actually faster I dare not say, but it feels a little less heavy with pedalling. Also, the chain is slightly lighter, which reduces the chance of paint damage just a little, should the chain fall off the front bar while shifting.

After cycling over 6000km, the chain has still not stretched 0.5mm. This is excellent! The flat-top clearly provides a firmer link. Similar to, if not better than, Dura-Ace.
