Lightweight aero wheelset with good PL.

A 28mm Pirelli Zero comes to about 30mm on the 22mm and is no wider than the outer rim. Susceptible to wind, of course, but not nervous. Freewheel is nice and unobtrusive :) and they are also fast in the wind. It remains to be seen whether I will use the recessed TL valves in the long term, but with pumping once a week the effort is still bearable.
