This makes shifting very quiet and smooth, even with a lot of force on the pedals. The wear resistance of this cassette is also very good because the sprockets have been given a special, wear-resistant coating.
Spiders for extra stiffness
In this cassette the first five sprockets rest on spiders. Besides saving weight, this also makes the cassette extra stiff. Thanks to this stiffness, more energy is converted into speed, and the cassette is less likely to bite into the body.
Ratios for every terrain
Various cassette ratios are available, enabling you to adapt to whatever terrain you're taking on. There are the 11/25 and 12/25 for your rides on flat terrain. The 11/28 and 11/30 are suitable for hilly trails and, for some riders, mountainous areas. For the average cyclist however the 11/32 and 11/34 cassettes are the most suitable choice for the high mountains. Of course, all of this depends on whether you ride compact, semi-compact or double.

Great product from a great supplier!
Only wish I'd bought one of these before now - at 1.95m tall and 95kgs, a 32/11t cassette is a must on them thar hills (not that we have many in East Anglia, but when venturing further afield it makes all the difference. And Mantel IS the supplier to but your trust (& money) in. They'll never let you down!
