The bag can be attached to any bike (including electric bikes) with the easy-to-use plastic New Looxs hooks. For increased theft prevention you can also use the Velcro strap between the hooks. When the pannier is not on the bike, the mounting hooks can be hidden with a zipped cover. This way, the bag looks like a normal shoulder bag.

Very sturdy and high-quality bicycle bag for all weather types.
This pannier bag sits perfectly on a Gazelle. The bag is easy to mount and can be secured to the bike. The extra compartment is handy for smaller objects so it can be separated or fixed. The material feels good and is fine to use even in rain. Finish is high-quality.

Stylish bag but impractical.
The foldable cover over the hooks goes easily into the wheel even though it is attached with the Velcro fastener. It would be better if the cover was open at the bottom so that you put the cover over the pannier rack. The hooks are fixed and do not really fit my bike. Extra fastening Velcro difficult to attach around the rack. Better if there was a plastic lock you can turn over the edge.
