This set consists of a single brake lever with caliper and can be mounted both on the left as well as the right of the handlebar. So if you need a set for both sides, you need to buy two of these. The Magura MT Sport can be used for both mountain bikes and e-bikes.
Please note when purchasing this product: This product has been designed in accordance with Dutch standards. In the Netherlands it is customary to mount the front brake on the left and the rear brake on the right. This differs from the British standard, where the front brake is mounted on the right and the rear brake on the left.

Suitable for flat cycle paths
I have had them on for a year now and will have them replaced next week. This was a year when brakes felt dangerous and unreliable. In France, I was terrified at times when cycling downhill and eventually they gave way too. For an MTB, I would say they are less suitable if you want to do more than cycle on a flat bike path.

Excellent purchase.
I bought the set because I had a leak in the brake handle set of my speed pedelec. By loosening the locking pin, I was able to detach the handle and exchange it.

The brake works super well for during wheelies and can brake well when the brake disc is wet just a top brake

Good product, lack of description
Firstly, the delivery is very much on point. Fast delivery and in a well sized package with the necessary protection measures. However, in the full description of the brake it did not mention that brake pads were included. Of course this would be very likely, but in order be safe in stead of sorry, I ordered a separate set of brake pads. It is always good to have a spare set of pads, but I would find it useful if the description of the product and the included items, would mention the brake pads and specifically which ones.
