  • The aluminium head dissipates heat quickly for optimal performance.
  • The light output is considered to be insufficient for use in the forest. For rides in the forest you need at least 1000 lumens.

Description

With 600 lumens, the BBB Cycling NanoStrike 600 BLS-161 headlight offers enough output to illuminate unlit bike paths. It is ideal for your road bike rides at higher speed in the countryside. The BLS-161 NanoStrike 600 front light has 6 modes ranging from a high continuous mode to a flash mode for daytime use to ensure that you are visible in traffic throughout the day.

The light can be attached either above or below the handlebars with the elastic strap. If you'd rather mount it on your helmet, you can do so with the optionally available BLS-70 helmet mount, which also uses the TightFix system. The BBB Cycling NanoStrike 600 BLS-161 headlight comes with a micro USB-cable for easy charging. In 3.5 hours the light is fully charged and ready to be used.

Nice compact front light, solidly built, good rubber strap. Can also be mounted upside down with switch underneath (handy for e.g. under a bike crate). Plenty of light modes, bright enough for dark roads.

The lamp was very easy to attach or move. Because of the rubber strap, it fits on any handlebar. When testing the light in my living room, everything was very brightly lit, er nice when cycling at high speed. Maybe I am a bit old-fashioned, but a light for a bike should be possible for 15 to 20 euros, in my opinion. This was one of the cheaper lights and already cost over 40 euros. That did shock me.
