Universal clamp mounting

As the clamps fit rack rails with a diameter of 10 to 16 mm, the panel fits most luggage racks, regardless of make or model. The InLock adapter set, on the other hand, is designed specifically for Thule side frames.

Quick-release mechanism

A webbing tab unlocks the clasp in a single movement, allowing the bag to slide off the frame in a matter of seconds.

Rattle-free attachment

The system uses sturdy clamps and a soft connection between the panel and the rack, ensuring a stable hold and quiet ride, no matter how bumpy or rough the terrain.

• Every generation of the Thule Tour Rack for a perfect fit;
• InLock-compatible panniers, including the Thule Chasm Tote, Chasm Courier Bag, Chasm Cargo Bin, Chasm Cooler Bag, Chasm Handlebar Bag, Shield Rucksack, Shield Pannier and Shield Briefcase.

Not compatible with:

• Luggage rack rails thinner than 10 mm or thicker than 16 mm;
• Panniers without the InLock system.

Clip the universal panel onto the rails of your luggage rack, provided the rail diameter is between 10 and 16 mm. To attach an InLock-compatible bag, slide the bag’s fabric back panel over the tubular frame and click into the locked position using your thumbs. Pull the webbing tab to unlock the bag and slide it off.

• Before setting off, always check that the bag is properly locked by giving it a gentle tug.
• Make sure to use the webbing tab to unlock the system; never try to remove the bag without using this tab.
• Clean the panel of dirt or sand from time to time to ensure the click mechanism continues to work smoothly.
