Sella Fizik Antares R5 Open

This Fizik Antares R5 Open road bike saddle is a comfortable and relatively lightweight saddle with an excellent price-performance ratio. It is intended for cyclists with an average degree of flexibility.
The shell of this saddle is made of carbon-reinforced polyamide. This reinforcement with carbon has improved the saddle's power transfer significantly. Carbon also helps the saddle keep its shape, giving it a longer life. On the shell you'll find a cover with a comfortable padding and a microtex surface. The lightweight aluminium saddle rails complete the saddle and also provide greatly improved power transfer.

Saddle shape
This saddle has a semi-round rear section, which makes it very suitable for people who rock their hips slightly while cycling because it offers them better support and freedom of movement than a flat saddle does.

Flexibility
This is a semi-flat saddle, meaning it is flat at the front and slightly raised at the back. The shape of this saddle makes it suitable for people with a moderate degree of flexibility in their spine. This has to do with pelvic rotation; when you sit in an upright position you need support to be able to rotate your pelvis, and when you're in a deep position, with your hands down in the drops, for example, you don't.
