Comfortable saddle for non-aggressive riders

My bike setup has just a few cm (4/5cm) of drop between saddle and handlebar and I found it comfortable better than the fizik ardea VS I had and the montrose I tried. The perceived quality of the saddle is good, anyway some details on the bottom side could be improved like the clips that are protruding the profile or the glue that sometimes is visibile. Due the "non flat" profile I spent some time to find out the proper tilting setup. The right setup for me was simply put the spirit level all over the saddle (inserting it in the relief channel on the back) and slightly tilt it down the nose.
