De Northwave Origin Plus are mountainbiking shoes for mountainbikers looking to upgrade their old MTB shoes. It's available in multiple colours, so you can match it to your mountain bike ensemble.

The SLW2 turning system and the Velcro strap ensure a perfect fit
The Origin Plus shoes can be adjusted easily and meticulously using the SLW2 dial and a velcro strap. A simple turn of the dial is enough to adjust the fit of this MTB shoe a little tighter. Even while cycling, the SLW2 turning system can be used responsibly and easily. Through the full unlocking function you can loosen this cycling shoe in one go, then take it off or adjust the fit again.

The Speedlight 3D sole provides good power transmission to the pedals
At its base, the Northwave Origin Plus is equipped with the Speedlight 3D sole. This is a fine and stiff sole, which provides good power transmission to the pedals. As a result, your efforts on the mountain bike are better converted into speed. The underside of this MTB shoe also has a good tread profile, which makes it easier to walk next to the bike.

The Unibody construction reduces pressure points and increases comfort
The top of this MTB shoe has a seamless Unibody construction, reducing the number of pressure points. This results in the fact that the Origin Plus is very comfortable around your feet. The TPU reinforcement at the toes provides extra protection.

To help you as best we can in choosing the right shoe size, we measured all shoes ourselves. All you have to do now is measure your own foot length and we will indicate which shoe size fits you best per brand. You can easily measure your foot by placing an A4 sheet on the floor against the wall. Stand with your foot on the paper with your heel against the wall. Draw a line next to your big toe (or the toe next to it if it's longer). Mark your other foot on the paper as well and then continue with the largest foot. Now measure this distance and you have your foot length in cm's! Please note: some suppliers have their own measurement system, which means that what is on the shoe box may differ from what we have measured.
