QUARTZ fabric
The new QUARTZ fabric is a lightweight, breathable, warp-knit fabric with permanent odour control (odorControl). Its deep, true black colour does not fade or become see-through when stretched, and is made from 80% pre-consumer recycled polyamide.
RollBar bib straps
Assos has taken this patented bib strap construction from its own Racing series. The bib straps stabilise the chamois and keep it in place as your weight shifts while sprinting, climbing and cornering.
GT S11 chamois
The padding consists of multiple layers of compression foam in a 12 mm thick, endurance-focused construction. The patented three-layer perforated 3D Waffle foam improves breathability and reduces weight. The goldenGate 2.0 construction is free-floating and moves with your body rather than against it, and includes new cut-outs that minimise friction whilst pedalling.
PILtec Plug-In leg bands and zeroPressure waistband
At the leg ends, there are lightweight, highly breathable bands that have had an invisible silicone microdot treatment to keep the short's legs well in place in wet and dry conditions without being too tight. The zeroPressure waistband is soft and very elastic for fit that is comfortable and does not leave any pressure marks.
- Wash the bib short inside out on a low-temperature cycle and leave to air-dry to protect the padding and the elasticated parts.
- Wear the bib short without underpants - the chamois is designed for this, and wearing underpants underneath actually increases the risk of chafing.
- Use chamois cream on rides lasting longer than an hour, especially when you’re first breaking in a new pair of shorts.

Prodotto deludente ed economico di questo marchio
Ho indossato diverse pettorine Assos per 10 anni, queste sono il peggior paio che abbia mai avuto :( Ho sempre l'impressione che il fondello sia spostato da un lato, inoltre la pelle è irritata dalla pressione del fondello. quando si cammina il fondello è troppo largo e rigido e provoca disagio.

Ho usato i pantaloni Assos per 20 anni. Ho provato altre due marche da Mantel, ma erano meno comode.

alta qualità e prezzo più alto
In precedenza ho sempre usato il GT C2, ma non era più disponibile. Ho optato per questa nella stessa misura della C2. I tubi sono più corti. Il camoscio è meno morbido, ma si mantiene meglio e sembra abbastanza comodo per le corse più lunghe. Per il resto, la qualità delle finiture e l'aspetto dei materiali sono davvero eccellenti.
