The Mavic Crossmax XL 29 MTB wheels are the wheels you want to use for Enduro and Trail riding. They can handle an impressive maximum weight of 150 kg (rider included). This is considerably higher than most other wheels, which underlines the strength of this wheelset.
The Mavic Crossmax XL 29 MTB wheels feature a tubeless system that allows you to go tubeless very easily, which reduces the chance of getting a flat tyre due to punctures. The rims are optimised to fit tyres between 2.35 and 3.0 inches. The Black Shield treatment protects the rims against external damage.
(UST) Universal Tubeless Standard
The Mavic Crossmax XL 29 MTB wheels can be converted to tubeless thanks to the UST technology. Riding tubeless has many advantages including lower rolling resistance, more ride comfort and improved grip. The main advantage of riding tubeless is that you can continue to ride when you get a puncture; the liquid latex seals the hole within seconds.
Mavic Care
Mavic Care allows you to extend your warranty period to 3 years by registering your newly purchased wheelset on Mavic's website within 30 days. It also activates the crash replacement option, which gives you up to 40% discount on a comparable product. You are eligible for this option if your wheel can no longer be repaired after a crash or collision.
The rim is ready for riding without an inner tube. Rim tape is not required. The UST concept improves traction, control and comfort while reducing inertia and punctures.
Instant Drive 360
The Instant Drive 360 freewheel body system is super light and has a fast engaging ratchet system with only 9 degrees of engagement. A large rubber seal minimises friction and accessibility. An oversized axle and the hardened aluminium freehub save 40 grams.

After bending, the rim joint is arc welded. The welded seam is then milled for a stiff and smooth finish.

Non c'è da stupirsi, la qualità dell'assemblaggio è eccellente. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Peccato che non abbiano consegnato il corpo ruota libera corretto. Mantel si è offerta di restituire le ruote invece del corpo ruota libera corretto. Sav è molto reattivo ma non efficiente.

Non c'è da stupirsi, la qualità dell'assemblaggio è eccellente. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Peccato che non abbiano consegnato il corpo ruota libera corretto. Mantel si è offerta di restituire le ruote invece del corpo ruota libera corretto. Sav è molto reattivo ma non efficiente.
