The Elite Qubo Power Pack is a stand-alone trainer with 8 levels of progressive resistance. Perfect for basic training focused on power or time.

The trainer is a stand-alone unit, meaning it doesn't require an external power source. The resistance can be adjusted using a bar-mounted adjuster which is connected to the brake with a cable. The tiltable Qubo frame automatically adjusts the pressure of the rear tyre onto the roller using your own body weight. The trainer is suitable for a wide range of tyres because of this: from 20 up to 29 inch! The 30 mm Elastomere roller reduces noise and tyre wear, as well as improving grip.

The Trainer Pack contains a DVD with training programmes designed to improve the effectiveness of your training sessions and increase your enjoyment on the bike. There are 6 different training programmes available, all of which aim to maximise your performance.

My E-training App:
This app for your tablet or smartphone contains basic work-outs based on power, time, and heart rate (depending on the accessories you pair). On top of that, you can perform various tests and ride races on Google Maps courses. The app works with Bluetooth Smart and ANT+ trainers by Elite. To use the ANT+ trainers with the app, the Elite or Wahoo ANT+ Dongle is required.

In order to use the Elite My E-training app with the Elite Qubo Power, you need the Misuro Blue or Misuro +. You can also use an ANT+ or Bluetooth Smart speed sensor.
