The Maurten Solid 160 is an energy bar that ensures maximum performance on and off the bike! The Solid 160 contains 40 grams of carbohydrates per bar, making it a perfect complement to the Maurten Gel 160 and Maurten Drink Mix 160.
Oat and rice-based
This fast and easily digestible energy bar is high in carbohydrates and low in fibre at the same time thanks to its oat and rice base. This, combined with the less compact texture of this bar, makes it easy and faster to consume the energy bar during exercise at a higher intensity. Thanks to its low-fibre and high-carbohydrate composition, Solid 160 is perfect for replenishing your carbohydrate supply before your race, at key recovery moments between efforts or after your race.

Forward-thinking Maurten went to work with feedback from elite athletes on the Maurten Solid 225 and completely revised its design on the energy bar. Partly as a result, the bar is divided into two equal portions, each containing 20 grams of carbohydrates. This makes it easier to monitor your nutrition, time it optimally and provide yourself with a constant supply of energy. Moreover, the bar is longer and thinner, making it easier to carry with you.
