Energy Bar
You'll provide your body with a quick dose of energy thanks to the high carbohydrate content per bar, so you'll perform better and for a longer time. Nutrient absorption is more gradual than with sports gels, because bars contain fibres. The Mantel Energy Bar also has a low dose of proteins alongside the carbs, so it'll give you a good energy dose!

Energy Chew
The Mantel Energy Chew Bar is a quick and tasty snack that's easy to bring on your ride. Think of it as a sports gel, but in the shape of a bar: packed with fast sugars but just a bit different than a normal energy bar or sports gel. You'll get the most out of yourself with the special 1:0.8 glucose:fructose ratio and 32.3 grams of carbohydrates per bar!

Isotonic Sports Drink
One jar contains 400 grams of Mantel Isotonic Sports Drink, which is enough to fill about 10 (500 ml) water bottles: enough for plenty of hours in the saddle. The electrolytes (calcium, potassium and magnesium) in this drink ensure proper muscle function, and replenishing these during intense workouts is important. Not only are these electrolytes important for good muscle functionality: they also each offer their own benefits during exercise. For instance, calcium supports your energy level and helps keep your muscles flexible. Magnesium helps with releasing energy from fat, carbohydrates and proteins. This is especially useful when you've ingested a large amount of carbs, as is the case when you're drinking Mantel Isotonic Sports Drink. Sweating also means you'll lose a lot of electrolytes, but you'll replenish them with the Isotonic Sports Drink so you can keep performing at your best!
