The KMC E12 Black E-bike chain has been specially developed for bikes with a mid-drive motor. This means that this chain has been extra strengthened, to better withstand the forces that can occur with the drivetrain. In addition, this chain has been ground with great precision, so you can shift gears quickly and smoothly. The black links are treated with a BlackTech coating, so the black colour has become part of the material, resulting in a longer-lasting paintjob which is also highly resistant to rust and wear! Consequently, durability is very high and you can enjoy this chain for a long time. Finally, this chain is easy to assemble and disassemble with the included Missing Link.

Montaggio

• To install the cassette, you will need a chain whip and a cassette removal tool. These can be found here.
• To cut the chain to the right length, you need a chain punch tool. You can find one here.
• To close the missing link, you need a pair of Missing Link Pliers. These can be found here.
• A chain wear gauge shows you when your chain is worn out, so that you can replace it in time. You can find them here.
